What do I need to be able to view the Rubber Eva website and Galleries?

We recommend that you use Internet Explorer 6.0, Netscape Navigator 6.5, or Opera 6.0 or above in order to view RubberEva.com properly. Click on any of the names to download the latest browser for free. You should also allow JavaScript and cookies to ensure the site runs properly.

What do I need to view Rubber Eva Videos?

Your will need a media player capable of playing the RealMedia format, which includes RealMedia Player, and many others. The most common one is Real Player, which is free from their site which can be downloaded here. Be sure to have the latest version.
   

How do I get my galleries and videos after buying them?

If you decide to purchase individual galleries or videos rather than a subscription for full access, you can do so by clicking on the "buy" button next to your desired gallery/video. Your item will be added to a shopping cart. When you have everything you want, you click on the checkout button and will be taken to a payment screen. After completing your payment, you will be taken back to this site, where you are presented with an overview of your purchases and a link to download them. When you click on that link your purchased items will be compressed into a ZIP archive and sent to your browser for download. When the download is finished you can uncompress the archive into any folder you wish and view the contents as you would any other files on your computer.

What do I need to uncompress this archive?

If you are using Windows XP you will need no additional software; XP has built-in support for ZIP archives and refers to them as compressed folders. You can navigate your compressed folders as you would any other folder on Windows XP. Non-XP users will need ZIP archiving software like the freely available WinZip. Many alternatives are available as a search for "ZIP software" on Google will reveal.

My shop download didn't work/I only managed to download part of it.

If you experienced any problems with your download, simply go back to the download page and try again. This is likely to solve your problem because your purchases are re-zipped when you try and download them, thus fixing most problems that could have occurred. The download page can be reached by going to http://www.rubbereva.com/receipt.php and entering your Transaction ID (given to you by Verotel on the payment completion screen, and emailed to you), or by going directly to http://www.rubbereva.com/download.php?TransactionID=XXXX, where XXXX is your Transaction ID.

I didn't manage to download my purchased items in the 7 days allowed.

Please forward the email sent to you by PSW upon purchasing your items to the webmaster at webmaster@rubbereva.com, explaining your problem. You will then be given additional time to complete your download.

I never manage to complete my download/My connection breaks in the middle of my download.

Since the galleries and videos on Rubber Eva can be quite big, purchasing more than one at the time can lead to large download files. If you are on a slow connection, like a dial-up connection, you might have trouble finishing your download in one go. We suggest you try a download manager like GetRight, Go!Zilla, or Download Accelerator Plus (selection of software based on a search for "download manager" on Google.) Such programs should allow you to resume a broken off download.
